Optimal Care for every patient. Identify the root cause of your symptoms, and get the care you need. The Optimal Care package includes 3 telehealth consultations over a 3 month period. We will address health concerns and guide you on your journey to Optimal Health. How it works: 1. Initial Consultation We will do a deep dive into your history and symptoms. We offer in-depth health evaluations that will be reviewed during the consultation. During the assessment, we will discuss which labs to order. The most common lab we begin with is Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis (FBCA) We may suggest other specialized testing. 2. Lab Review + Personalized Plan You will receive a 35-50 page Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis. The contents include: a) Functional Body Systems Report b) Accessory Systems Report c) Micronutrient Status d) Individual Nutrient Status 3. Follow Up ​In the follow-up consultation, we review your progress and make necessary modifications to your treatment plan to get you Optimal Results. Book With Confidence. During the first 15 minutes of the initial consultation, we will assess your health concerns. If we cannot treat your condition, you will receive a full refund.
